WHEN WAS MAIN SUPPLY ESTABLISHED?
Main Supply was launched into the Australian market officially at the beginning of 2019. However, we were in the formulation and beta testing phase for over two years (from 2016-2018). After PERFECTING our formula, we decided it was time to start offering our products to a wider range of Australian barbershops
HOW LONG HAVE BARBERSHOPS/HAIR PROFESSIONALS BEEN USING YOU?
During Beta testing we were used in 3 Australian barbershops for over 18 months. It was during this time we smoothed out any issues there were with formulas, packaging and where we gauged REAL client feedback on our products (and actioned this feedback!).
Because of this process we can confidently say not only do Australian customers love our products but they buy them too! At ALL 3 of our Beta locations, Main Supply was the best selling product.
HAVE YOU BEEN FORMULATED BY A BARBER/HAIR PROFESSIONAL?
Yes - Main Supply has been formulated by a Brisbane based barber with over a decades worth of industry experience. This barber is still the lead on our formulation team and is heavily involved in the formulation and production of our new products. However, this Barber does not work on the wholesale side of the business. You’ll deal with us instead!

At the moment our partners are all based in Australia. However, we are open to the idea of international stockists.

HOW DOES THE WHOLESALE PROCESS WORK?
The Main Supply Partnership team has put a lot of thought and energy into making our wholesale process efficient and easy.
Ordering is done through this website and the process is similar to shopping on a retail website! You add to cart, checkout and we ship your order to you within 1 business day.
We sell all our wholesale products by the box (6 items) and shipping is calculated by weight.
We do not believe in “dumping & ditching”, so every Main Supply partner is matched with a partnership manager who is there to help you with ANYTHING Main Supply. From product training, to visual merchandise, stock management and sales strategy, your manager is your go-to.
Before you make your first order your partnership manager will be in contact to help you through the ordering process and to supply their best contact details for any future questions or queries.
DO YOU SUPPLY FREE SAMPLES OF YOUR STOCK?
Yes, if you are a salon or barbershop who are interested in stocking Main Supply please get in contact with our partnership team so we can supply you with a range of Main Supply product samples.
DO YOU OFFER COMPLIMENTARY EDUCATION AND DEMONSTRATIONS?
Yes! At Main Supply we have a staff of fully qualified barbers who are available to do in-store product demonstrations and product education nights with your barbershop team/staff.
Simply ask your partnership manager for more information about having a Main Supply barber visit you!
WILL YOUR RANGE BE EXPANDING?
Yes! We are currently in the process of formulating and developing new products as we speak 😉 So rest assured, there still more coming!
DO YOU TAKE FEEDBACK, CRITIQUE OR COLLABORATIVE IDEAS?
YES, yes, yes. No brand is perfect and as a start-up we know we still have a LOT to learn, so any feedback, critique or ideas are MORE than welcome.
The beauty of us having a smaller team and working closely with our partners means if you put forward an idea we have the ability to not only listen to your feedback but action change quickly.
We have already made a range of changes to our offerings based on the feedback of our Main Supply barbershops!

HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT MAIN SUPPLY WHOLESALE PRICING?
Main Supply prides itself on having the most competitive wholesale pricing in the Australian market for premium grooming products. You can receive a detailed price list from our partnership team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
DOES MAIN SUPPLY OFFER 'ACCOUNTS', 'AFTERPAY' or 'PAYMENT PLANS'?
Unfortunately Main Supply doesn’t work on an ‘account’ basis. All Main Supply orders need to be paid in full before product is supplied to our stockists. We don’t offer Afterpay, however in special cases we can consider payment plans based on a partner by partner basis (and order quantities).
DO YOU DO PROMOTIONS OR DISCOUNTS?
Yes! We do a ‘sign up’ promotion for every partner that joins our stockists list and this will be explained to you more by your partnership manager before you make your first order.
Each month we also run a promotion that results in our partners receiving certain products free or HEAVILY discounted if they make certain orders.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM YOUR WAREHOUSE?
If you are a Brisbane based barbershop and would prefer to collect your product order from us directly (and avoid shipping fees) then you can! We will hold your order for 48 hours after it’s been placed for you to collect.
Unfortunately, due to the size of our warehouse, we don’t have the capacity to store your order for more than 48 hours.
